OK, so I want to know how to talk to everyone while the match is actually going on. If you simply hit the normal Say button, doesn't that only display to teammates (mine always shows up green but when others do it, it shows up white). What then is the command sequence to talk to everyone?

When you press T the command is Say y the command is Teamsay
Just press T, press left arrow or home key and type dev in front of it, so you get devsay "howdy"
I hope this clarifies ;D

Yeah, you have to get into Global Chat before everyone can hear it. (And by everyone, that means opfor and dead players).

(I know so little about all these tricks and things... it took me about 6 months before I knew that crouching pulled your gun out faster from a run!!!!)

if you type "devsay hi everyone" in the console it will put it as global chat. Works well for binds.

it took me about 6 months before I knew that crouching pulled your gun out faster from a run!!!! Actually, that is considered an exploit of a system glitch -- it's not supposed to do that -- so if you get caught doing that on our server, you'll be banned.

I just figured it was a regular way of playing. Is there another way that isn't a glitch?

Yes, it's called "play the game the way that it's meant to be played" -- not try to cut corners on your weapon-switching time.

talking about glitches... I have seen several people doing that, as well as taking flashes out really fast and looking through the windows so they can look through the smoke.
Is there a procedure for this? What are we supposed to do and how do we get the proof?

How about shooting the saw while going prone ? Is that a legit move or a glitch ? (..i've seen some people do it)
So yeh good question Jamie, i'm not sure what to do either.

Actually, the fast-switch to a nade/flash/smoke/gun/etc. is an exploit, and one that's stage-3 bannable on our servers if I catch anyone doing it deliberately -- notice served. And I'm thinking the shoot-while-going-prone is an exploit, because your gun turns to the side but you still shoot straight.

I've never heard of that one...
Is double-tapping the speed toggle all right? I tried doing that today (in lieu of the crouching-out-of-run) and it actually works better...

Sprinting while reloading is also an exploit

Sprinting while reloading is also an exploit I've never seen someone do that, so it is possible? You mean when you end your run or when you start it?

That's odd IMHO, because you would, in real life, take out your gun faster while crouching as opposed to any faster movement. (Not to say I disagree with you, if that's the rules, it's the rules )

You don't understand the glitch. The glitch is that your weapon is instantly ready if you're running and switch weapons while switching to crouched position; it doesn't take the full amount of time that it should to pull and ready the weapon -- and that's why it's a bannable exploit. (Someone who reads this forum regularly does this a lot -- he'd better stop before I catch him at it. )

What about the whole prone while shooting thing Peace whats you take on this (I'm pretty sure I know) I personally hope that the devs do make it legit but make it so that it isnt accurate on the way down at all since sometimes you are shooting and want to go behind a pew or something
