I know this is a rather humorous post and perhaps doesn't belong here, but I gotta say -- I have been praying for Favre and the Pack because I really want to see them do well this year. Not for me at all, but for Favre and McCarthy. For all the people who say they can't do it. I just want to see them prove everyone wrong. I want to see Favre prove, again, why he's the best at what he does. So, I've been praying. Have any other Packer fans been praying? If not, here's a reminder. Thanks for listening. God Bless.

Tell you what, I feel the same way about the Saints this year. So you help me pray for the Saints and I will help you pray for the Packers. Bro Jeff a.k.a. [shadow=red,left,300][glow=red,2,300] †_FC_†™[/glow][/shadow]

I'm glad you're all praying for them because they'll need it if and when they go against my Patriots. Mike Brady is still the man even though they traded off his 2 key recievers.

Thanks everyone. I'll throw a prayer for the Saints, too. I was so happy when they beat the Eagles today. Go Joe Horn!

Yep, too bad for the Rams ... but at least Marc Bulger had a really good day (other than the loss) -- he turned in 23.20 points for my fantasy team!

I was glad to see the Hawks win. The Rams ran circles around us in the first half. How about that awesome catch by Holt!?
Good Game. (if your from Seattle)

How 'bout them Pack? They finally get a win down in Miami, something that Brett Favre has never done. Hooah! God Bless the Packers! 2-4 looks ugly, sure, but no one thought the Dallas Cowboys would win Superbowl XXVIII in '94 after starting the season 0-2! No, I'm not saying they'll go to the Superbowl...but a playoff appearance is very possible. At least, I hope it is.

Well, my Bills finally get to face an opponent that they might be able to beat this week (although the early odds favor "BYE" by 17 points ).

Well Jeff, look at it this way... at least the Sabers are serviceable this year (although they could probably beat the Bills in a game of football)

Sorry Jeff, the Pack Attack is back and hungry for some Buffalo. If they play the way they did against Arizona, then the Bills won't have a chance. Both our HBs got 100+ rushing yards and Brett Favre got a rushing touchdown of his own! His first one this season and first one since 2001 against Pittsburgh, I think. I think the Packers are beginning to click, but they're no superstar team. As long as we can keep the running game going, putting less pressure on Favre, we can win some games. A balanced offense is very, very key for the Packers this season. No one had any high expectations for them...so they're just out there having fun, doing the best they can, and learning. Favre has a real chance to truly lead this team as a veteran, since there is a LOT of young talent. I'm predicting, and hoping, the Packers finish 8-8 this season. My two cents.
