As you may be able to tell just from a casual glance around, I've spent quite a bit of time this afternoon raiding the ProBoards support forum's Code Database. This fruitful raid has led to several forum improvements (at least, I think they're improvements -- if they're otherwise, let me know!). * AAOTracker ID & Status Indicator: You can now enter your AAOTracker ID # in your forum profile here! Just click the PROFILE button, then click on Modify Profile; the AAOTracker ID # field will be near the top, just under the "Gender" field. And what purpose does that serve? Well, look to the left here -- once you enter your AAOTracker ID #, your in-game status will be displayed on your profile and in the mini-profile to the left of each of your posts! * Sticky Section Indicator: There is now a separate header bar for the STICKY SECTION items, to help to distinguish them from the threads in the normal area. (Sometimes the little pushpin-folder icon just isn't enough!) * Drop-Down Font Menu: In the standard Reply form (but not the quick-reply), you will now find a drop-down menu that allows you to select a standard font much more easily, for those of you who might be looking for a bit of a change in what you're writing or reading. UPDATE: This had to be dropped; it apparently was not as cross-browser compatible as its writer claimed, since it caused the "PREVIEW POST" and "MODIFY POST" functions to not work correctly in FireFox. I'll check back at the Code Database for a better version of it some other time. * "Clan Members" Link: A button was added to the middle of the menu bar at the top of the forum; you can use this to go directly to our "Member List" page. (Yes, I know, I tried this before and it didn't work; but this time, it works fine in IE and FF, whether logged in or not -- when you're not logged in, you won't have that link, just like you don't have the "Forum Members" link when you're not logged in.) ************************************ Feel free to post any feedback or additional suggestions here; and I'll keep scouting for more good stuff also (there's a couple of other scripts that I'm looking at already). Enjoy the new additions to the forum!

Nice job Jeff! I noticed the sticky separation a couple hours ago and just entered the AAOTracker number for my profile.

Hmm... am I doing something wrong? For some reason it's putting a space before the last digit in my tracker id (the browser then translates to a %20 in the link, of course). I didn't put a space in my profile though. Not sure, might have been due to the length of the personal text combined with the length of the URL. Without the first part of your PT, it's working fine. :Scratch-Chin: Fixed.

well it might just be me but i cant see the of God clan member viewer I'm checking on possible causes now.UPDATE: Either IE was having problems with retrieving a set of codes from a file that was attached to a post here, or it could have been a forum permissions issue. I found a way to re-write the codes so that the external file is no longer needed; the Member List page appears to be working fine now. Also, please re-read the first post for an update on the "Font Drop-Down Menu", which unfortunately had to be removed (sorry ).

And he did all this while watching all three kids yesterday afternoon until 3 while I went to a baby shower. What a great guy and the new updates are pretty cool.

Ok maybe I am missing something here. When I put my Tracker ID# in the field on the modify profile page, I hit modify profile at the bottom and then it should save it right? Not on mine, it does not show up on the forums and when I go back in to check on it the Tracker ID# field is blank, any ideas why?

Are you using IE? Allow your browser to keep a bit more space for cookies, that could be why.
Other than that, I'm clueless.

Cool! I couldn't get the tracker status to work. But then I realized there is a limited amount of space in the field you put text in for a message under your avatar. My text was too long and wasn't letting the page add the AAOStatus code onto the end of it. But it worked when I deleted some characters.

Not on mine, it does not show up on the forums and when I go back in to check on it the Tracker ID# field is blank, any ideas why? What they said above, yep. Basically, the tweak stores the AAOTracker ID as part of your Personal Text -- so if your Personal Text is too long, then you won't be able to add your AAOTracker ID -- you need 14 characters available at the end of your Personal Text in order to store and display your AAOTracker ID.
