Also, I learned just a moment ago that it also works with flashbangs. Only with a shorter fuse.

But you can also cook Smoke bombs  and right click when u have a weapon to put it on Burst! Btw: They also tell you how long you can cook a nade before it blows in the BASIC training

Today I was having fun yelling 'Frag Out!' when I threw a smoke bomb and 'accidently' missing the door and it landed right next to my teammates who ran away.

It's okay, I didn't learn how to cook nades - I was just throwing them - until 1.6(this was on Bridge, someone was kind enough to show me) and I started playing the game when it came out!

I must say that I have also gotten many more kills with my nades since this 'uge discovery. My fr will be going up soon. Ok, so maybe not, but I know how to throw nades.

OK, now here's the next "1137" tip for you (also from AA's PDF manual ) -- just before you throw your grenade, hit your SHIFT key to switch into "walk" mode -- then release the grenade and hit SHIFT again to switch back into the normal "run" mode. Why? Because if you do this, then you won't shout "FRAG OUT!" and warn the OpFor that you're about to blow them up -- so the only warning they get is the "tink" as the nade hits the ground next to them just before the "BOOM!" (if you've cooked it properly, that is); or, they get no warning, if you cook it long enough to explode in mid-air (great for when you throw down nade alley from Honor end -- you can nail rushers on the C-to-Grey bridge with it). You'll almost never hear me (or my crew of alter-ego's) shout "FRAG OUT!" if I'm actually throwing a frag grenade. However, I'm not above using my "FRAG OUT!" shout keybind while throwing a smoke grenade or while backspace-dropping an unprimed nade from the tower -- or just before I move into a building, when there's only a few people left.

Even after people told me hundreds of times "right click to cook" I finally found out (probably at around 20 honour) that you have to HOLD left mouse button first and right click after that. The first time I discovered it, I'm pretty sure I blew myself up :bag:

I can't remember how, but isn't there a way to throw sideways (underarm throw)?

I can't remember how, but isn't there a way to throw sideways (underarm throw)? Right click just after you take out the grenade, before you take the pin out. (During the time you can run with it) I use it in Weapons cache when Im above secoundary, and I toss it lightly. Its works everytime!
