I thought I would start a thread for people to post their best (or any  ) tips for AA. And if you have some for a specific map, post that too! If you don't want your secrets getting out, you don't have to post. I'll go first:
Go slow: Pressing your speed key makes you go a slower and improves your accuracy while you are moving almost 50%.
Stay standing a lot: This helps me move more quick and dodge more bullets
Use night vision more!: You can see enemies better with NVG on. Like, when you are in upper grey and looking into upper blue, you can see the bad guys a lot better that are at the back of the room.
Don't let your flash-bangs get lonely: Use flash-bangs as much as you can. Some times you can blind a OpFor when you can't nade him. Use all you have against them!
When you get shot at, don't stay for the fun!: When you get shot at when you are in a window, door, etc. Don't stay there! you are likely to just get naded or shot by an OpFor with a good position. Find somewhere else to attack from.
Communicate!: Tell your teammates where the OpFor is so you can gang up on him! :haha: And report in. I report in every 20 seconds so I won't get shot or naded by friendlies, and so they know where you are if they need you.
Mout Mckenna: Here are my tips for MOUT: Stay in groups so you have the advantage, but don't stay where you can all get naded! Watch your back, enemy can come up tunnels and from places you thought were guarded. Use smoke bombs, because it helps distract them when you come up that ladder!
Well, I may have a few more, but lets hear yours!

Sound: Very important! Make sure you have your sound turned up loud enough so you can hear the enemy well. Also, if your sound card doesn't support Surround Sound, I highly suggest getting a better one.
Watch: When camping, advancing or in all situations, make sure you don't have tunnel vision, always be look to the right, the left and behind you. its not fun when an enemy comes up right behind you and you dont even know it!
Prone: Say you're in upper Blue and looking right into Upper Gray, this is a good time to go prone, turn your M16 onto Single shot and bring your sights up. you are very accurate when you do this.
Hope these help!

its already been said but iron sights with your m16 are your best friend, regardless of whether your prone or crouched.

I do have a tip for using grenades but the tip mainly concerns luck and timing. On upper objective Alpha where there are two windows...one looking to the church and the other looks out to grey and blue buildings. If you wait and time it properly...the opfor will usually be at either the first floor window or door of the blue building..the door and window facing the little alley with the wooden walkway overhang. I aim the nade at the door on the blue building..facing the alley and I usually get two or three kills off the nade. I try it and for a guy with a f/r of.42, this tip helps me with uping my kill to deaths ratio

Here's my best tip: Don't get shot! (Yeah, I know -- it never works for me, either!) :bag:

I like Marksman's and Gamer's tips. I would add one.
TEAMWORK Like they said, don't go lone, and communicate. Report enemy positions when possible.

its already been said but iron sights with your m16 are your best friend, regardless of whether your prone or crouched. Use your iron sights for this! I don't know how many people use this idea but i found the best way to get tower snipers other than tossing a grenade up there is to target them from Alpha building. They rarely look into Alpha when they are spotting for easy targets outside, and when grenades are tossed in from the tower they rarely if ever hit this spot. Although all this might change now that I've made this post. Red arrow is the LOS from Alpha. Two other things that help a lot are learning to lean around corners. Most of the good players do this a lot i noticed. Also using the Peripheral Vision trick, you can see farther on the sides of the screen than the center. I use that a lot in the JRTC Farm map. I think it has to do with your head being a giant cube and when it's turned your eyes/viewports are extended a bit more, i made a little sketch on the map to demonstrate. You can get the drop on someone moving towards you by seeing them first, should work in the tunnels too.

Isn't that considered an exploit?

Not that i know of, but it's in the same group as seeing shadows through walls and being able to hit people easier if you come at them from a 45 degree angle beacuse they are wider (same cube idea) as far as i'm concerned. Not much can be done to moderate or avoid using these game quirks. Although it kinda kills the realism when you know how the game internals work.

It's not an exploit -- that's a normal function of the game, just the way it works. BTW, there's a great spot in Upper Gray to snipe someone in a certain campsite in Upper Blue. About six feet back from the door to the bridge, there's a post; if you're to the left of this post and a touch ahead of it, you've got a decent line of sight to the interior wall, right next to the window where you go down to the platform access ladder -- but from that campsite, it doesn't look like you have much of a view into Upper Gray. If you're fighting someone who likes to sit at that window (there are several -=Of-God=- guys who do so) -- you can nail them without them having a clue where you were! (BTW, Witness -- that's where I was last night  .)

BTW, in real life, if you go outside at night you can find faint stars with your peripheral vision, that you wont be albe to see if you look directly at them. So, i think this mimics real life.

In MOUT (I think its only in MOUT) if you look though the panes of glass you can see through smoke. It comes in handy.

Yeah. I have notice that too. You dont see smoke if you look through the glass. Its just something the developers neglected.

When I used to Play JRTC farm a good amount, (Before I was here I think, or about the time I joined) I played on an SF mod server. Always assault always got lots of kills. I was (A)always prone (B) always on one of the extreme East or West ends of the fields (C) Alawys using that vision trick and (D) Almost always had a ping of 1,000. The games were paced soooo Sllllooooowwww I got at least 2 every time I died. Was awesome.
