OH, I thought I was supposed to be hearing something.
What if upon loading, the song defaults to Pause so you can manually hit play (you can use HTML to make a little Stop/Pause/Play bar) should you decide to listen to the music.

It would be absolute torture for our dial-up friends. Yea, the sigs are enough torture for our dial-up people using dial-up.

Yea, the sigs are enough torture for our dial-up people using dial-up. Although if you use MIDI files they would be quite reasonable in size. Compare the size of these files with the sigs: www.lassentech.com/midi.htmlGenerally I think music on Web pages is a bad idea. People don't really expect it. There have been several times I was browsing the Web while listening to music on my headphones and was annoyed by interfering music playing on Web pages. Just my 2 cents.

Anybody remember the brouhaha that ensued when I put a couple of Geoff Moore and the Distance clips on our main website? Nope, uh-uh, no way, no how, not going there again, thank you very much!
