Avatar File Size Restriction Implemented

For the sake of those who read this forum for the forum content and not for the pictures , the avatars have to be scaled down immediately. The large avatars (and particularly the excessively-animated ones) are slaughtering the page-load times for those with poor connections or weak video cards.

Effective immediately, there is a new 30KB limit on avatars in this forum. Any avatar found to be out of compliance will be removed for the greater good of the forum. If your avatar is removed, please seek to replace it with an avatar that is 30KB or less. (Clan members: your out-of-compliance avatars will be replaced with your applicable clan rank avatar -- you may leave that or replace it with a 30KB or less file.)
