Again, not sure where to post this...but I was wondering why the of God servers has been resetting so often? Something around 3 times a day or so I think. May be a reason why the servers have been kinda empty lately. Just thought I ask. Thanx!

Its not that they are being reset [ actually - its because they havn't ] the servers just freeze, where you are able to walk around but you can't sprint, reload ect..others seem not to move, then you get sent to Browser.
The servers should be back to normal soon, and don't worry; you're not the only one getting this.

Has anyone noticed this trouble since 3AM EST today? Shortly prior to that time, I changed a setting on the servers that should help stop most of that problem ... please let me know if it didn't work.

I played for quite awhile on #3 last night (maybe 30-45 minutes, couldn't take the 190 ping after that) and had no problems with the server crashing. In fact, any time I looked for servers last night, #3 tended to be 75%-100% full.

Jeff, What did you reset ? We have been having that issue as well. Also are you guys getting small occasional warps or lag spikes. We understood it was the new pb ss update, but after later updates it is still occuring.

Hey Kevin, sorry I couldn't answer earlier, been offline at home since Saturday noon. I disabled the PBSS on our server (pb_sv_autoSS 0), and that stopped most of the lag/reset issues.
I've heard since that there's a new version of the PB server program available for testing that doesn't have the lag/reset issues even with PBSS enabled ... but haven't had a chance to test it yet, due to being offline. In the meantime, we'll just rely on our awesome AASA anti-cheat checks to keep our servers clean (and we've been catching a lot of cheaters and exploiters lately!).
