Here's my tips on Mckenna
One tip is, don't be predictable in your rushing. If you rush Bravo, then you'll probably want to rush blue or something like that, because the op4 will probably be waiting for you in the church.
LOYALTY Side:
Bravo rush.
(Thanks for the below, Joe.)
Run through Alpha until you get to the Ladder Room doorway or so (You'll have to be quick about then next part, sometimes enemys will throw grenades into the front of A) Then, pull out a flash, go up to Alpha doorway, and cook it off for 1 second. Then, rush into bravo and shoot any flashed bad guys. But beware, there will probably be some late arrivals coming into Bravo from Yellow. Secure the objective, and proceed into Yellow building and take out any enemys in there. Go to the Honor spawn, and make sure there's no enemys behind Blue or watching from the upper blue windows. Go into Blue, and throw a flashbang up into upper blue and proceed up the ladder. There's usually a couple of enemys up there, (unless they charged Gray) take them out and secure the objective to win. (now this is WAY easier said than done, but it has worked for me a few times)
Here's a map showing the rush path
Upper blue rush
Get the B squad position thats the one right above the AR. This will give you the fastest way into Gray.
Go through the hole in the wall right next to you. Go straight and turn right into Gray building. Go straight and then turn right at the end of the wall, go through the doorway and turn right and go up the ladder. Turn right and run into Upper blue and once you get in there, don't stop! Keep running until you get past the office and turn left and go forward but watch the ladder in front of you and shoot any bad guys that come up. But watch out, some might already be in upper blue when you run in. Secure the objective, and then head for Bravo. But, whatever way you go down. There will almost certainly be enemys in lower Blue.
Here's a map showing the rush path
Upper Gray camping
I've found that these two positions work really well for camping Upper Gray:
^^That spot I found works nicely. One reason is because I've learned that flashes and grenades and pretty much unaffective if thrown from Upper Blue.
^^This spot works really well also. Just jump up on the crate, and you have a great view of Upper Gray and can watch some of lower at the same time. When the enemys walk in, they usually don't even see me.
Alpha camping
There isn't really a great place to guard Alpha, but this is where I'm usually at if I'm in there.
^^This is where I like to be if I'm the last one left and in Alpha. Of course, you need some good headphones for this one. If I hear someone come in the front, I just throw it over the walls, and go collect a free kill. If someone comes in the back, I'll throw it over that one wall and go get a free kill.
^^Here's another good spot for watching the back. Just make sure no one sneaks up behind ya!
^^One of my favorite spots. Your gun does not stick out into the doorway, so when the enemy(s) come in, if they go right, pop out and shoot them in the back. If the go left....well, thats the fun part. They'll just go right past you. It works everytime, just shoot them in the back. Hehe.
Tunnels Tactics:
I'm not going there. If you want a guide, you'll have to ask Heather or Jeff. ;D
Honor side:
The Alpha rush:
I'm not a very experienced rusher, but when I do, this is one of my favorites.
Get the A Squad AR position, as soon as you spawn, turn left into Yellow, go through to Bravo, go around the pew in the middle, and run into Alpha, go right and keep running until your almost around the corner. Then, turn left into the ladder room, and go to the little room that people usually like to camp A. take them out, secure Alpha and then get the objective. Now, if your team doesn't want to get the other objectives, go out the back of A (watch out, there will probably be Loy campers waiting for you) and clear Loy, and go into Gray, take out the enemys there and head to upper gray, and walk across to upper blue and secure the objective.
Rush path:
The Lower Gray rush:
Get the A squad AR position, run across the street, run past the tunnel entrance, turn left and run through the alley, (watch out for grenades) and run into Gray, take out the bad guys that are just coming in and the ones that may be above you. Turn left and go up the ladder into Upper gray, look to your right and shoot any enemys that may be below you and then hop down, and go into Loy (warning, this will NOT work if Justice is on the other team) clear Loy, and go into the back of alpha and shoot any unsuspecting opfor.
Rush Path:
Honor camping:
Upper blue is a pretty easy place to defend if done properly.
If the other team is rushing it, then go upper blue, get out a flashbang, and throw it to the front of upper Blue, blinding any rushers. (I actually learned that part from the former Dream-=Of-God=-) So, go collect your free kills, then, if you feel a need to defend it more, this is the spot I like.
^^Just go behind that little wall there, and back uo all the way to the back wall, and go prone and bring your sights up.
Lower blue camping:
These two spots below are probably my favorite.
^^Also, with the spot above, if they enemys are rushing lower, then come into Blue, get out a flashbang and throw it down that hall at the first of the round.
^^This spot I like if I'm defending lower alone. I can hear if anyone goes up the far ladder, and I can shoot anyone who come to this ladder.
Bravo camping:
^^This is a good spot here. Just make sure no one comes up behind you in yellow.
^^I like this spot because it's hard to get grenaded or flashbanged.
^^This is a good spot to watch the alpha door, just watch out for grenades!
Next I have some CQB tactics, and grenade throwing positions.
(Edit: Don't jump around too much in a firefight, because if you do, you might bunnyhop headshot your opponent ((BHHS)), which is against the server rules)
If you get in a cbq firefight and feel your losing it, run around the corner, look back and lean. When you see his shadow start to come around the corner, start shooting and he'll walk right into your fire. I do this a lot.
Now, if you get in a cqb firefight and you unload your clip at the bad guy, but just can't kill him, when you and him run out of ammo, instead of reloading, pull out a flash, throw it at him, and look the other way, and while your somewhat flashed, reload. You'll probably come out of the flash affects first and you've got 30 bullets, and so....shoot him!

Another thing is, make sure you find a crosshair that you like. I use the dot, because it's not too obscuring. And, your more likely to win a battle if you get a decent FPS. So try tweaking with your settings to get a higher FPS. (you might find something helpful here, and/or here.

Here's some grenade throwing tips.
On Honor, run into yellow building, and head toward Bravo, when you get to the Yellow doorway, pull out a grenade, start cooking it, go to the very left window of the church, and throw it through the building into Alpha. This sometimes gets one or two guys. Now, here's something that works just as well, at the start of the round, go into yellow, and then into the church, run to the very right window in the church, pull out a grenade, cook it off, and throw it into upper A.
Now, here's a couple of useful grenade throws:
Warning: This does NOT work if Student is in the tower.
To get a grenade into the ladder room in Blue from Alpha, look below.
To get a grenade onto the platform in Blue from Alpha, look below.
{EdIt}Another grenade throw is, go up to the upper gray window, and throw a grenade into the church by putting your thumb on the bottom of the church's visible window and throwing.{/EdIt}
Well, thats my guide, I hope you all don't think it's too bad.

Just one tip I'd like to add. In your Bravo Rush on Loyalty, the Fireteam A Leader position is not the fastest way to get into Alpha now that you can't sprint at the start of the round. If you select the position right above the AR slot in Fireteam A(which will spawn you right next to the opening in that wooden wall in Loyalty) and you can get through that wooden window quickly, you can beat the Fireteam Leader into Alpha. You can also beat the Automatic Rifleman, too, if you're quick enough. At the VERY start of the round, immediately press your Left Strafe button and simultaneously use your mouse to turn your soldier to the left. Immediately after that, hit crouch, make your way through the window, and sprint as fast as you can out of Loyalty to Alpha. Here's a map showing the rush path
