Ok, for those of you who skipped over the part above because it sounds like a bunch of gobbelly-gook, go back to the top and READ IT. It is very important that you understand the mission. I’m not kidding, go back to the top and read it (again). I’m not going to continue till you do.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Ok, something’s you need to know before you start this map.
1. VIP: RUN and run fast. If you are going to camp, then run to your spot and get set up to defend in place until help arrives.
a. The is red, but not bleeding. So don’t try to put a band aid on him because it won’t help. Since the Vip is red he can not run as fast nor shoot as accurately. VIP, don’t go Rambo and pick a gun fight. Avoid confrontation at all cost.
2. Escort: Your job is to protect the VIP. Not to see how many kills you can get shoot the OP-4 who pass by you.
a. If you have an M4M then 203 somewhere, throw a smoke, then go protect Vip.
b. If you have a SAW or RPK then get in the Hosp with it. You’ll get loads of kills.
c. Snipers get into position but use your smokes to cover the VIP’s movement. You have more smoke than anyone on the game.
3. AMBUSH: Your job is to kill the VIP. Not to see how many kills you can get
shoot the OP-4 who pass by you.
a. If you have an M4M then 203 somewhere and then go secure the heli pad or get that VIP. Always break glass before trying to 203 though it, it will not arm.
b. If you have a SAW or RPK then get in the Hosp or heli pad with it. You’ll get loads of kills.
c. Snipers, get into position but use your smokes to cover you or your squads movements. Why is it that Escort always smoke and ambush doesn’t? Smoke near the heli pad to mask your approach.
4. Got Honor: This map give out more honor than any other map on AA. Got a low honor account that you want to level up quick, play Hospital. Got a high honor account that you are trying to close out at 100 honor, play Hospital.

VIP
You have 2 options:
1. Camp – You can get big results camping in a couple of different ways. I will refer to them as Camp / Assault, Camp / Rush and Camp / Hide. So why Camp at all?
a. Creates confusion. -Most obvious is that camping keeps the Assault team guessing as to whether or not your rushing. Their don’t know to assault the heli-pad, rush the hosp from the back, or wait wait to see you come out.
b. Camp / Assault: Slows the rush – By camping in the vicinity of the parking garage door and shooting rushers, it makes them more cautious. This is also very dangerous for you, but if you have a good team who is rushing in to help they should be there about the time you shoot the first rusher. There are a lot of places to do this from; back stairs, operating room, VIP room or west wing.
c. Camp / Rush: In this tactic you rush to either the upper lobby exit or the underpass exit and stop. You wait there for 45 seconds to a minute and then continue your rush for the extraction point (EP). This is to allow those timed 203’s to go off, at which point you simply run out, hopefully under the cover of smoke, to the EP after they have expended there deadly ammo.
d. Camp / Hide: This is advanced hide and go seek. You are counting on the fact that your squad will kill all of the other squad and you will never have to expose yourself. There are lots of good places to do this and here are just a few: VIP room (they never look there), The room across from the OR (Tested-=Of-God=-‘s favorite spot), 2nd floor lobby, just to name a few.
2. Rush – Run Vippie Run: This has the highest probability of success, depending upon the time nader’s. The way that gets you out the fastest is through the OR, out the underpass, and up the concrete steps. If you go up concrete steps watch out for west wing roof snipers of have a team mate throw a smoke on the pad allowing you to cross the danger area. You can also deviate and go up Escort side Heli-pad metal stairs. It is a more secure route but more time consuming.

You must support your VIP so communicate with him. It is absolutely crucial that you know what he is planning to do. Believe it or not that is why there is a chat box. If you want go even farther, you can make key binds especially for Hospital. I actually have 4 user files that I created for maps. One is the original because you never want to loose that incase you royally mess something up. The second is for MOUT with binds like “Im advancing to OBJ A”. The third is for Courtyard with binds like “I’ve located the briefcase here, come defend with me”. And the last is for Hospital with binds like “camping up, come rescue me”, Rush low, SMOKE’EM’. I little effort on your part to communicates will make a world of difference.
1. If Vip rushes – You must smoke his exit route and deploy via Escort Route (ETR) 3 & 4. If you don’t smoke then he will get taken out, I guarantee it. Then 2 Escort soldiers run in via ERT-1 or 2 to keep Assaulters from coming up from behind. Everyone else secures the Heli-pad and the snipers take out the roof tops.
2. If VIP camps – Deploy via ETR-1 or 2 depending on if he is going to camp up or down and surround him, take cover and wait. They will come, believe me, they will come. So put yourself in a good defensive position and take advantage of assaulters who are force to move around in the open unprotected.
In either case the snipers have the same job, control the roof tops. I know it is a hard job but that is the burden you have to bare when you are in that slot. You need to keep eyes on Assault Sniper Points (ASP) 1-5. Now that we have 2.7 you may spot people who your other squad members have seen and reported with the “Enemy spotted” command. And what about that West Wing Roof hack/exploit anyway? Well, that is not my area of expertise. I will simply same that the entire game is set up to shoot people before they shoot you, and see people before they see you. (I don’t know if Peace has spoken to this or I would quote him)
So snipers, here are the points you want to cover and Assault, these are good places to snipe from:

ASSAULT
Get the VIP. A couple of ways to do this; All rush heli-pad, 60 / 40 split, Engage on extraction. So here they are:
1. All rush heli-pad – It means exactly that, everyone secures the hei-pad. Remember, Escort may be going in to surround the VIP and you will meet little resistance or they are securing the pad as well and you are going to be in for a fight. If there is a fight you can gain the upper hand with overwhelming firepower and more soldiers on the objective. So, 1 soldier goes Assault Route (ART) 3, two snipers go to ASP 1-5 and cover ESP-1&2 and ERT-1 thru 3, and the rest go pad via ART-1 or ART-23.
2. 60 / 40 split – This is designed to either run up on the VIP from behind with the 60%, or force him out into the open to be taken out by the 40%. Now just reverse the rush by sending one or two soldiers to pad vis ART-1, ART-21 thru 23. Snipers remain the same and the rest of the squad rushes the parking garage door via ART-2 and ART-3.
3. Engage on extraction – Better known as assault camping. If the VIP is camping then don’t assault him. Time is on your side. Don’t go in after him; let him come out in the open. Two soldiers go garage and one of then sets up a 203 to shoot though the door when OP4 arrive (loads of kills that way). Snipers remain the same. The rest will find a nice concealed position along ART-1, ART-21 thru 23. If the west wing doors are open make sure you cover that. There are only 4 exits so it should be easy to cover all of them with 9 Soldiers. Wait for the VIP to exit with his band of marry men and great him with a lead sandwich.
As I said in the beginning, there are 10 pages to write on the different angels of this map and this post would be entirely too long. This is but a few common tactice regularly used on this map. So try to get a team together and use some of these tactics and see how they work for you.

If I were to to cover every possible tactic for this map, this post would be 10 pages long. This post is for those unfamiliar with the map and help orientate them to basic concepts for success on either team.
