After a (very) long time, I am proud to announce McKenna2 alpha2.
For those of you who tried the first alpha, you might know that this is an innovative map, based on MOUT McKenna, featuring
So, what does this new alpha add? Here's a list
Part of the reason it has been so long is that I have been busy with school and numerous personal responsibilities. Also, I had a long struggle with BSP holes, but I think I eliminated them all. Also, I spend most of my time on my Linux setup, so its a little harder to run the map editor. On the plus side, I have a new more powerful laptop, making future map editing easier.

- A real working elevator, with more than 2 floors (6 actually)
- Reworked sewer system (now called storm drains)
- All new sewer system
- A rethought church, complete with baptismal tank and movable screen
- Basements on all buildings, with connections to the extensive tunnel system
- A completely redone grey building
- Access to the roofs of Grey building, White Building, and Church
- A new road system
- Much improved scenery, with effort towards working well on lower end computers (I'm talking to you Abrams
- Random objectives
- Designed so most parts of the map have purpose (few dead ends)
- Hidden surprises
- Designed so neither snipers nor normal players have the advantage
- Thoroughly tested
So, what does this new alpha add? Here's a list
- The top floor of grey building now is filled out
- Every floor of grey building has bathrooms
- Numerous bug fixes (floating objects, etc)

- Fill out grey building floor 3, 2, 1, and basement
- Find some good text for the screen in church (I'm looking for a short Bible verse, suggestions welcome)
- Minor tweaks throughout the map
- Possible addition of new teams
- Remove openings on grey building (for team balancing)
- Add breachable door to grey building (for team balancing)
- Add windows to grey and white buildings
