I am so frustrated! I just spent 8 hours+ downloading the 2.82 full version (not that I needed to, just wnated to have that install file instead of 2.80 and the 2.81 patch and the 2.82 patch.) It got to 95% after 7hours at school and then I had to go home. When I got home it has a 503 error and won't continue. I look on the internet after I exit the download manager and find that that error is only temporary! Now I have to restart the download. Oh well, just venting so I don't blow up on something. lol aahhhh, much better!

Google search "free download manager". It's a utility I use to download large files. It allows for resume at any time and from anywhere and can download in segments for maximum utilization of bandwidth. There's also the ability to handle torrents, but since I can't port-forward at school and my internet at home is too slow to utilize torrents, I don't use the torrent function much. You might be able to do something with it, though...

Well, I was using a download manager. downthemall (www.downthemall.net). It works very well and I was pausing and resuming the download all day long. But when I got home I got a 503 error and thought that the download was ruined. I looked up the error online and it says that it should fix itself after a little bit since its a server "server overload" error.
