The -=Of-God=- Clan Servers are unique servers in the AAO community. The rules are designed (and strictly enforced) to create a profanity-free and abuse-free server for all to enjoy. In addition to the regular rules of engagement set by America's Army (regarding abuse, racism, team-killing, etc.), please observe the following rules at all times when playing on our servers:
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
1. PROFANITY IS NOT ALLOWED -- PERIOD! This includes all forms of actual profanity, "mild" implied profanity ("euphemisms" -- meaning when you don't actually say the swear word, but you say something close enough to it that everyone knows what you really wanted to say), and acronyms of phrases that contain swear words (for instance, abbreviating "oh my ___" as "omg"). Any use of profanity can result in instant removal from the server by an admin or PB-deputized player, without warning; the only warning you need is in the server's name, which ends with the words "No Profanity!"
(NOTE 1: This also applies to your screenname--if even if AAO allows you to register a name that includes profanity or implied profanity, we will remove and ban you from our servers if you attempt to join it using such a name.)
(NOTE 2: For more information on what a euphemism is, what words are wrong to say, and why it's wrong to say them, check out this topic here.)
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
2. DEFENDING IS A LEGITIMATE STRATEGY. Do not abuse or attempt to votekick people for defending objectives or waiting in ambush (even at spawn). If you really want an all-out assault battle, go play CounterStrike or the Battlefield series -- this is America's Army, and the goal of the game is first to SECURE and then to DEFEND the objectives. The words "camper" and "camping" should NOT be used in our servers, except in jest.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
3. GHOSTING IS CHEATING--DON'T DO IT. Many clans (including ours) use programs such as Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, Roger Wilco, and/or Game Servers Client. These programs provide great tools for communicating with your team--while you are alive. However, once you have been killed in action, you may transmit only the location of your demise; we consider it cheating to transmit any information such as friendly or enemy locations or movement, once you are dead. You may state how many total friendly or enemy players are still alive, as long as you give no information regarding their whereabouts. If an admin has reason to believe that your clan is ghosting on our servers, you and your clanmates may all be removed from the server without warning.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
4. CHEATING/HACKING/EXPLOITING BUGS--DON'T DO IT. Really, this one should go without saying, but unfortunately, it must be said. Don't use aimbots, EvilHack, etc., to gain an advantage over opponents; even if PunkBuster doesn't catch you (yet), our admins may remove you from the server if they have reason to believe that you are cheating. -=Of-God=- is a premier member of AASA, and any cheating that is caught on our server by PunkBuster will be instantly transmitted to AASA's repository, earning you a permanent ban from over 200 of the best servers in all of AA. In addition to actual cheats, exploiting these and other system bugs is also prohibited:
a. leaving the established map boundaries (including "going under" the map and using another player to gain access to areas of the map unaccessible to a single player [rafters, dumpsters, etc.]);
b. using RELOAD/HAND-COMMO binds;
c. deliberately using the "bunny-hop head-shot" glitch;
d. deliberately using the "quick-swap" glitches (for nades or guns);
e. having more than one action command bound to one key.
Any deliberate attempts to exploit the prohibited system bugs may result in your immediate removal and/or permanent banishment from our server by a server admin.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
5. Our servers are normally set to use the "roekickdead" option. Once you have exceeded the established ROE limit (which is usually set to 100 on our servers) or TK in the opening seconds of the round, you will be killed; other players will see your death as a suicide, but you will be notified that you were killed for ROE violations. This sometimes results in players having considerably more than 400 ROE points in a match; it is a normal part of the "roekickdead" option. This benefits you in two ways: first, you do not lose as many points as you would if you were sent to Fort Leavenworth; and second, you do not lose your place in the server (as many have noticed, the -=Of-God=- servers are very popular and hard to get into most of the time).
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
6. This is covered under the AAO ROE, but it bears mention again: no abuse or disrespect of other players will be tolerated on our servers. This includes abusive/sexist/racist chat, chat-spamming, demanding weapon swaps, demanding team changes, deliberately shooting known corpses, begging admins for weapons changes, "tea-bagging", etc. Any disrespect will be grounds for immediate removal, with or without warning; if the situation warrants it, screenshots and/or demo videos may also be forwarded to an AA Community Manager for further action, up to and including deletion of your account.
In addition, all decisions on removing players from the server are to be regarded as FINAL as far as the server chat goes. If you have a problem with our removal of someone from the server, then please come to our forum and take it up with us there. Challenging the server admins' removal decisions in the game console chat will very likely result in another removal -- your own. Respect the admin, respect other players, respect yourself. R-E-S-P-E-C-T -- if you don't know how to show it, you'll find out what it means to us.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
7. No recruiting for other clans, guilds, associations, networks, or whatever else you call your group, will be tolerated on our game servers, Ventrilo server, or forum. In addition to those who invite others to join their clans, anyone who either posts (server or forum) or says (Ventrilo) something here that directly or indirectly causes people to decide to become members of another clan or to leave this clan for another clan is also guilty of violating this rule. Prohibited behaviors also include posting website, forum, game server, or voice server info in our server chat, in our forum, or in our Ventrilo server. The first offense in this regard may result in a warning, a pb_kick, or permanent banishment, at the discretion of the admin or deputy on the server at the time; multiple violations by a single clan may result in a tag-ban on that clan.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
8. Do not start or participate in any votekicking on our servers. This shows a disrespect for the judgment of our server admins, and it may result in your immediate removal and/or banishment from the server, with or without warning.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
9. The game is America's Army; please chat using America's primary language (English) only. While we welcome players from other countries and other languages (indeed, our clan currently has members in 12 countries on 5 continents), we must insist upon a common medium in communication so that all team members can benefit from the communication. Since English is the language used by the game console itself, English will be the preferred and only acceptable language used on our servers. Should you violate this rule, you may be removed from our servers, with or without warning.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
10. Do not cheat opponents of earned kills by suiciding when you are flashed. This is unsportsmanlike conduct and shows disrespect for yourself, your opponent, and the God Who gave you your life. Should you violate this rule, you may be removed from our servers, with or without warning.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
11. On multi-player maps, blind fire (or "spam") is not permitted for the first 15 seconds. This prevents players from violating the ROE by firing indiscriminately in a combat zone where civilians are believed to be present (as is stated in every mission briefing). This also prevents players from deliberately spamming known "pinch points" in order to score cheap kills, which is unsportsmanlike conduct. Should you violate this rule, you may be removed from our servers, with or without warning.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
NOTE: Our servers use both administrators and PB-deputized players to monitor and enforce the above rules. If you violate the rules above and are removed by a PB-deputized player, you will not be able to return to the server for 15 minutes. If you are kicked by an administrator, you might be able to return right away, but your next rules violation will result in an admin kickban, meaning that you will be unable to return to that server. You may also be banned without warning, if the admin on duty deems the situation worthy of such disciplinary action.
If you are removed from the server, the kick will be reported in our forum, and the member who issued the kick is required to post the evidence of the offense. These offenses are then documented in our master banlist/watchlist database; for most offenses, two offenses will result in a ban, but we reserve the right to ban immediately if the severity of the offense warrants it. In addition to this, all chatlogs from the servers are scanned for violations of the above rules; whether or not a kick has been made, all violations found in the chatlogs will be documented in the MBL/WL database as noted above. [temporarily suspended ~ Peace]

Other than as noted above, have fun, play nice, and be respectful of yourself and of other players! Thank you for visiting our forum and game servers.
